Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Underwear & Nightwear (unless defective)
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact and unworn)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Your full name and contact information
- Item name, size/color, and reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)
- Packaging instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
For standard returns (non-defective items):
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include completed return form (from original shipment)
- Ship to: Calvin Klein Sales Returns, 2194 Washington Avenue, Phoenix, US 85016
- Use a trackable shipping method (customer pays return shipping)
International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
