At Calvin Klein Sales, we stand behind the quality of our premium apparel collections. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our minimalist, sophisticated designs, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products from our collections cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear & Nightwear (unless defective)
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact and unworn)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our Phoenix-based customer service team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)
- Instructions for packaging your return
Step 3: Ship Your Return
For standard returns (non-defective items):
- Package items securely in the original packaging
- Include the completed return form (provided in your original shipment)
- Ship to our returns center using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference in your email. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our premium collections:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
